In addition to the nomination for a new board member to be voted on at the next annual meeting, we need a secretary for the board right now. The secretary is a non-voting member and takes minutes at all meetings. Unfortunately, Kathy Kelly has found it necessary to resign since she has moved out of the neighborhood. Kathy has done a wonderful job for the past several years, and we shall miss her. She often offered counsel to the board from her watchful eye on Wentworth Court.
