A quorum was present, being represented by 6 homeowners present and 58 proxies.

The special called meeting of Victoria Place Homeowners Association was called to order at 3:05 pm by David Jeffreys, president.

New business: Motion was made by Carolyn Weir and seconded by Arlene Rivenbark to increase the association dues to $196.00 per year. Discussion followed and the motion carried unanimously.

Meeting was adjourned at 3:45 pm.
