At a special meeting on the evening of Tuesday, July 19, 2011, the members approved turning over the day-to-day operations of the homeowner association to a management company by vote of 48 to 3.
Marilyn McKoy of Network Real Estate will be our new manager.
For the current fiscal year 2011-2012, our dues will increase by $100 to a total of $196.00.
